The Business Account Manager (BAM) plays a pivotal field-based role in managing customer relationships and delivering tailored technical solutions. By identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, the role drives revenue growth and strengthens customer partnerships. It directly supports the organisation’s commercial objectives and sits at the intersection of sales and technical delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients.

We are looking for a Business Account Manager to join our team looking after the State of Western Australia.
The role of Business Account Manager Western Australia is field based role responsible for managing current customers and identifying ways to proactively upsell/cross sell, becoming a value-added partner. This is a Western Australia based role, and you would ideally be located in the Perth area, our offices and warehouse are in Eastern Creek, NSW.
You will ideally be located in Perth and be expected to visit regionally parts of Western Australia a minimum 4 times each per year (more as required by customers). Additionally, you will be required to come to Sydney a minimum of 2 times a year for Sales Conferences. You will be supported by the Western Australian Sales Development Executive, located in our Sydney offices.
