Once we receive your application, our Talent team will review your qualifications against the requirements of the position. We aim to process applications quickly, although this can depend on how many applications we receive. We appreciate your patience during this stage.
If your application is selected, one of our Talent team we will contact you to arrange an initial introduction. This may be conducted over the phone or on a video call and is your opportunity to learn more about the role and for us to understand your experience and skills better.
Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview, which may involve meeting with the team leader or other key members of the department. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and discuss how your background, skills and aspirations align with the goals of A-SAFE.
For some positions, we may require candidates to complete a practical assessment or project relevant to the role they're applying for. This step helps us evaluate your technical abilities and problem-solving skills in a practical context.
If you are selected for the position, we will extend a formal job offer. All offers are contingent on passing any necessary background & right-to-work checks. We will provide details on how to proceed with these checks at this stage.
Once all formalities are completed, you will be welcomed to the A-SAFE family.
