A-SAFE is on a mission to revolutionise workplace safety worldwide—and we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP) to lead our US sales organization through an ambitious phase of growth. We need a proven commercial leader with a track record of driving rapid, sustainable growth in dynamic, high-performing environments.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a proven commercial leader with a track record of scaling B2B businesses at pace. As a trusted partner to the US CEO, you’ll have full ownership of our outside sales organization (30–40 people); guiding our teams who are responsible for partner sales, strategic accounts, account management, new business, and technology sales. 

You’ll architect and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, build and develop high-performing teams, and deliver on ambitious growth targets. You’ll work closely with the US CEO and Group leadership, driving performance, accountability, and results.

What you'll bring:

  • A track record of scaling revenue and teams through periods of significant expansion
  • Experience creating, defining and operationalizing go-to-market strategies
  • Significant experience building and leading large outside sales teams in high-growth B2B environments
  • Data-driven, hands-on, and highly accountable leadership style
  • Experience of success within a business transitioning from capital-sales to an ‘as a Service’ sale would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience selling industrial safety solutions, engineered capital equipment, material handling products, or similar technical B2B offerings into sectors such as logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
