Chief of Staff to the CEOs

Join a fast-growing, innovative SME that’s transforming industrial safety worldwide. As Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs, you’ll be their trusted partner in bringing focus, rhythm, and execution to a complex and fast-moving organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences at exec level, and knows how to turn strategy into momentum.
What You'll Do:
- Be the right hand to the Co-CEOs – filter, challenge, and structure their priorities into action across the business
- Drive operational cadence – own board decks, exec meetings, OKRs/KPIs, and ensure follow-through
- Lead strategic projects and change initiatives – cross-functional transformation, org design, key processes
- Connect the dots across departments – align people, clarify ownership, and embed accountability
- Influence without authority – be a diplomat, problem-solver, and enabler with the EQ to lead through others
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience supporting senior leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, COO, or similar
- Have worked in high-growth or fast-changing environments, ideally an SME
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at bringing clarity and order
- Are naturally curious, structured, and delivery-focused
- Have excellent stakeholder skills – you know when to challenge, when to coach, and when to roll up your sleeves
- Are commutable to Halifax daily – this is a hands-on, in-office role based at our Elland HQ
