Location: Halifax, Elland, HX5 9JP
Hours: 37.5 hours
Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site 5 days per week
The Technical Services Quote Coordinator (TSQ) is a desk-based role responsible for ensuring projects are accurately scoped, quoted, and prepared for successful implementation. Combining technical expertise with product specification knowledge, the TSQ delivers precise quotations and technical drawings that meet customer requirements and comply with PAS:13 standards.
This role ensures each proposal is technically sound, commercially viable, and supported by complete documentation for seamless handover to installation teams.

Quotation Planning & Technical Scoping
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Data & System Accuracy
· Accurately input data into quoting and drawing tools, and maintain records in CRM systems for visibility and traceability.
· Collate and maintain all relevant information regarding installation environments to support safe and efficient delivery.
· Ensure all documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with project requirements for smooth handover.
Operational Excellence
· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quoting accuracy, documentation quality, and communication processes.
· Actively participate in internal and external meetings, providing technical insight and project updates to support team alignment and delivery success.
· Ensure quotation turnaround times meet company expectations and customer deadlines.
Scope of Impact
· Depending on the maturity and geographic size of their main entity, this role may be regionally organised, working within a defined (multiple) geographical area.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
Ability to read, understand, and interpret site drawings.
· Ability to learn and adapt to A-SAFE business systems.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in technical outputs.
· Proficiency in CAD software for producing overlays and technical drawings.
· Knowledge of workplace transport safety standards and practices.
· Strong communication skills
· Self-starter with excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Proven ability to prioritise effectively across multiple tasks and projects.
· Working knowledge of CRM systems.
· IT literate, with proficiency across standard office applications.
