Are you the kind of designer who loves turning complex information into clear, professional and visually engaging content?

As a Commercial Graphic Designer at A‑SAFE, you’ll play a key role in producing the high‑quality documents that support our global product launches, sales activity and technical communication. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven design role where your work directly helps our teams win major clients and deliver industry‑leading information to customers worldwide.

How you will make an impact:

  • You’ll create accurate, beautifully structured commercial documents, from datasheets and specification sheets to installation guides and product collateral.
  • You’ll translate technical information into clear, user‑friendly visuals that help internal teams and global customers understand our products quickly and confidently.
  • You’ll maintain and develop templates that keep our documentation consistent across product lines and regions.
  • You’ll design internal presentations, sales decks and pitch materials that help our teams respond professionally to big opportunities.
  • You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and the Marketing Studio Manager to gather information, clarify details and ensure technical accuracy.
  • You’ll support ad‑hoc sales enablement requests with quick-turn, high-quality visuals that make an immediate impact.
  • You’ll help keep documentation up to date as product specs evolve, ensuring everything remains accurate, aligned and on-brand.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a technical, industrial or product‑centric environment.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Confidence working with detailed technical content and ensuring absolute accuracy.
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy in structured documents.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects at once and hitting deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Familiarity with template systems, production workflows and preparing files for both print and digital.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate positively across teams and communicate design decisions clearly.

You’ll also bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great documentation supports sales and customer experience.
  • A calm, solutions‑focused mindset—even when deadlines are tight or briefs change.
  • The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and push back constructively when something doesn’t make sense.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to continually improve design quality and process efficiency.

Why you’ll love working with us:

You’ll join a collaborative, friendly and hard‑working creative team where no two days are the same. You’ll have the space to bring your design craft to life while working on meaningful projects that support sales teams, product launches and major global clients. The team embraces creative freedom, supports each other to hit deadlines, and comes together every two weeks for dedicated creative sessions to share ideas and evolve our output.

If you enjoy digging into complex information, making it clear, and producing high‑quality visual work that makes a real difference, this role is for you.

Benefits:

  • A subsidised on-site gym, available for all colleagues.
  • Flexible start and finish times to fit around you and your lifestyle.
  • Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and NICU pay.
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy more
  • Cycle to work scheme, Specsavers vouchers, long service rewards, EAP
