As the Installation Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll take full ownership of barrier installation projects across the UK, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to completion. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your leadership and project management skills will make a real impact on customer satisfaction and our reputation for excellence.

How you will make an impact:
- Lead and manage multiple installation teams and trusted subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from planning and site visits to post-install reviews and client feedback.
- Liaise directly with clients to set expectations, resolve issues and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Oversee project costs, variation orders, invoicing and compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing smarter processes and supporting the adoption of digital tools.
- Ensure all safety standards, accreditations and equipment checks are up to date and documented.
- Coach and develop your teams, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in every installation
What we are looking for:
- SMSTS certification and IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Black CSCS Card and proven experience writing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Strong project management skills with experience managing service or installation teams.
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and experience working directly with clients and contractors.
