The key objective for TST is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field based and desk-based elements to the role.
In this role, you will:
· Conduct accurate customer site surveys
· Using the survey information, produce optimum solutions proposals and Technical Specifications utilising the A-SAFE product range to suit the application within the compliance of PAS13.
· Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer.
· Liaise with the client throughout this process with any revisions to requirements being actioned in collaboration with the salesperson.
· Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department.
· Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation.
· Implement variation orders as required.
· Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment.
· Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system.
· Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required.
Salary for role - 70,000-85,000 AUD
