Job title: CAD & Quotation Specialist
Location: Unit 2 1-5 Interchange Drive Eastern Creek, New South Wales, 2766 Australia
Hours: 37.5 hours
Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site 5 days per week

How you will make an impact:
- You gather site information and specify the right products for each project.
- You conduct accurate customer site surveys and ensure compliance with PAS13.
- You create CAD drawings and technical specifications based on survey data.
- You liaise with clients and internal teams, managing revisions and project details.
- You act as the main point of contact from survey through to installation.
- You manage data entry in CRM/ERP systems and handle variation orders.
- You participate in meetings and collaborate across departments to deliver projects.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to interpret site drawings with strong CAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of workplace transport safety and experience using measuring tools (tape, wheel, laser).
- Excellent communication skills; confident engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- IT literate with working knowledge of CRM systems and high attention to detail.
- (Desirable) Familiarity with new-build processes and prior industry experience.

Salary for role - 70,000-85,000 AUD
