Technical Design Support

As a Technical Design Support at A-SAFE, located in our Plano, Texas office, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with our sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions and recommendations
- Creating detailed designs and drawings using CAD software for customized safety barriers and systems
- Conducting site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for design purposes
- Assisting with the development of project proposals and quotes by providing accurate technical data
- Supporting the production team in the manufacturing and assembly of custom products
- Providing training and support to internal team members on technical aspects of our products
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in mechanical engineering or industrial design, with strong proficiency in CAD software. You should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the safety industry or knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
