Talent Acquisition Partner - US

The Opportunity
As a key member of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will lead recruitment delivery for roles in North America, across every business area of A-SAFE. You’ll partner with hiring managers and the wider People team to build proactive, insight-led hiring plans that support scalable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. While primarily focused on the USA, you will also support international hiring when required.
What You’ll Do
• Lead all end-to-end recruitment activity across the North America region, covering functions such as Commercial, Marketing, and Operations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the region, offering market insights and recruitment analytics to guide hiring decisions
•Partner closely with regional People Partners and the Global L&D team to ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning, succession needs, and development strategies
• Facilitate the delivery of onboarding and early careers programs in collaboration with the People Partners and L&D teams, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions
• Partner with the Global Talent and Communications teams to activate attraction campaigns that showcase A-SAFE’s culture, innovation, and growth potential
What You’ll Bring
- Proven in-house recruitment experience across multiple functions, ideally in a global or matrix environment
- Strong track record of managing full-cycle hiring within North America
- Knowledge of regional talent markets, sourcing tools, and labor trends
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Professional attitude, with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
