Production Technician Team Leader
Location: Headquarters in Elland, West Yorkshire
Reporting to: Shift Manager
Hours: Continental Shifts - 4on, 4off
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £45k
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a new Technician Team Lead within our Production team, to support all technical areas in production, ensure that all goods are manufactured to the required quality standards and to mentor & train other technical staff.
Key Accountabilities:
· Ensure tool / process changes are completed in a timely manner
· Report & handover any process / technical issues & ensure plans are in place to see closure
· To conduct tool changes and write / modify robot programs for the injection moulding machines and routing cells
· Assess any quality/production problems & solve them where possible, ensuring all documentation is completed & stored correctly
Essential Requirements
· 5 years minimum working in an injection moulding or extrusion related discipline
· Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
· Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
