The Opportunity

As Sales Director for Poland at A-SAFE, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the Polish market. Reporting to the Managing Director – Northern Europe, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team to deliver ambitious revenue and margin targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll execute account-based sales strategies, drive pipeline performance, and build deep relationships with key end users in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. With a strong focus on strategic and national accounts, your impact will be felt not just in Poland but across the wider EMEA sales organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor internal and external sales teams, setting clear expectations, reviewing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through structured performance management.
  • Build a scalable sales engine, increasing the number of active purchasing sites and average customer spend.
  • Own the execution of a focused key and national account strategy, delivering revenue growth through long-term, consultative relationships.
  • Leverage data, CRM activity, and sales metrics to improve performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Strategic Account teams to elevate local relationships to regional or EMEA-wide agreements.
  • Champion A-SAFE’s values and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience of building revenue, driving sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue and profit targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, developing and driving teams through period of change.
  • Comfortable operating in matrix management structures.
  • Knowledge of processes used in the sale of industrial products in a B2B environment.
  • Native Polish speaker. Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Existing contacts and customers within the manufacturing and logistics sector in Poland (Desirable)
