The Opportunity
As Sales Director for Poland at A-SAFE, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the Polish market. Reporting to the Managing Director – Northern Europe, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team to deliver ambitious revenue and margin targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll execute account-based sales strategies, drive pipeline performance, and build deep relationships with key end users in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. With a strong focus on strategic and national accounts, your impact will be felt not just in Poland but across the wider EMEA sales organisation.
