As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll assist in crafting and disseminating internal messages that align with our company values and objectives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managers, and functional teams to ensure that our people understand our goals, feel part of our journey, and are proud to play their part.

🚀 As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will:

• Develop and deliver engaging content for internal platforms, including newsletters, intranet updates, and staff announcements.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as town halls and team briefings, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively communicated.
• Assist in managing internal communication channels, monitoring their effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote internal campaigns and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
• Gather feedback from employees to assess the impact of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
