HR Business Partner - Southern Europe & Digital

Location: Onsite in Malaga, Spain

Reporting to: Head of People

Salary: 40-50k EUR

Languages: English and Spanish speaker required

The Opportunity

At A-SAFE, we are investing heavily to create a new people team structure and resources. As the People Partner for our Southern European entities and global Digital business area, you’ll tackle a wide variety of challenges head-on, from guiding managers through complex employee relations matters to driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. 

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with our Digital & Sales team leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and solution
  • With a global and regional remit, you will support organisational development initiatives that enhance team capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, providing coaching to managers and ensuring fair, consistent application of company policies.
  • Support the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with A-Safe’s goals.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or equivalent) 
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role within HR, ideally in a manufacturing or sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of local employment/labour law, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis, with experience using metrics to drive HR decision-making.
  • Strong experience with implementing performance management systems, competency frameworks, and development planning processes
