The Opportunity

The Sales Project Coordinator (Installation & Estimation) will be responsible for specifying products, estimating job costs, preparing quotations and coordinating installations with sub-contractors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*NOTE: This position requires fluency in French & English as well as the ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the A-SAFE Canada office in Stoneycreek, Ontario.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Specify products based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Estimate job costs, including materials, labor and other expenses. 
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients, including site drawings and overlays.
• Coordinate installation schedules with installers and sub-contractors to ensure timely completing of projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, quotations, and communications.
• Partners with field sales team to complete customer site surveys as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French and English- written and orally
• Secondary degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination, estimation and quotation preparation.
• Familiarity with manipulating CAD files and overlay.
• Customer focused with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--high energy is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety industry is a plus.

Compensation:

Estimated Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 CAD annually. Exact compensation is dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
