🧭 About the Opportunity

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll lead the development and delivery of high-impact internal communications and engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, managers, and functional teams to ensure that our people understand our goals, feel part of our journey, and are proud to play their part.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be the go-to expert on tone, message, and channel—ensuring communications land with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced communicator or a confident engagement specialist ready for a step up.

🚀 In This Role, You will:

• Develop and deliver the internal communications strategy for A-SAFE Group
• Plan and produce content across channels including SharePoint, Teams, video, digital screens, and newsletters
• Create and manage employee engagement campaigns around culture, recognition, and values
• Organise and support internal events including town halls, briefings, and launches
• Collaborate with the People Team to embed our values, celebrate success, and listen to employee voice
• Ensure communication is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with brand and tone of voice
• Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve approach based on feedback and insight

👤 What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies.​
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.​
• Strong project and event management capabilities.​
• Experience in global or multi-site organizations, understanding the complexities of communicating across different geographies and cultures.
