This hybrid role focuses on hands-on coaching and practical training, with the goal of helping our salespeople perform more effectively in their day-to-day roles.

🎯 Your Role
As part of our global Sales Enablement & Learning team, you’ll take responsibility for rolling out our Sales Academy (APSA) across the German-speaking market. You’ll blend structured training formats with tailored, real-world coaching—both in-person and virtual.
You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Channel Management, and Customer Success to build capabilities and drive sustainable development.
This role is ideal for experienced trainers or ambitious coaches looking to take the next step in their career.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver hands-on training sessions for internal sales teams and partners – in German and English
•Provide real-time coaching during live sales conversations, including behavioural observation and immediate feedback
•Localise and adapt global training content to suit the German market
•Serve as a subject matter expert on A-SAFE products, sales approaches, and commercial psychology
•Collaborate with sales leadership to support onboarding, performance improvement, and learning strategies
•Travel across Germany (and occasionally Europe) approximately 50% of the time

•Fluency in German and English
•Experience delivering sales training and/or coaching
•Passion for developing people and improving sales behaviour
•Understanding of B2B sales processes—ideally in industrial or technical environments
•Comfortable with hybrid work and regular travel
