At A-SAFE, we’re searching for a dynamic Sales Trainer & Coach to support the development of our internal and external sales teams across France. This is a hybrid role focused on building confidence, consistency, and capability across a growing region—delivering structured sales training and impactful on-the-job coaching.

đź§ About the Opportunity
As part of our global Sales Enablement & Learning team, you’ll be the local champion of our APSA (A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy) program. You’ll blend classroom training, 1:1 coaching, and live field support to help our salespeople succeed in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
We’re looking for someone who loves being in the field, observing behaviour, offering feedback, and tailoring their approach to different roles—whether working with Internal Sales, Regional Account Managers, or Channel Partners.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced trainer or a confident sales coach ready for a step up.
🚀 In This Role, You will:
•Deliver engaging sales and product training sessions in French, both virtually and in person.
•Coach sales professionals during real customer interactions—modelling best practice and reinforcing effective behaviours.
•Adapt global training materials to suit regional needs, languages, and cultural context.
•Act as a subject matter expert on A-SAFE’s products and solution-led sales methodology (APSA).
•Partner with Sales Managers to support onboarding, performance uplift, and continuous learning.
•Travel regularly within France (and occasionally across Europe) to work alongside the sales team in the field and on-site with customers.
👤 What You’ll Bring:
•Fluency in French and English
•Experience delivering sales training and/or coaching (either in a formal L&D or commercial role)
•Ability to engage different personalities and learning styles
•Strong understanding of B2B sales environments—ideally industrial, technical, or manufacturing sectors
•Comfort with hybrid working and regional travel (up to 50%)
