The Opportunity

As a Sales Enablement Coach at A-SAFE, you’ll be responsible for improving sales performance and refining sales techniques across the business. The role is focused on embedding the A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy (APSA) methodology, ensuring that sales professionals deliver a value and solution-based sales approach.

With 50-60% of their time with field sales reps, the Sales Coach will work closely with individual sales professionals and peer groups, delivering real-time coaching, behavioural modelling, and structured feedback sessions to reinforce learning and optimise performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct one-on-one and peer-to-peer coaching 
  • Deliver real-time feedback and behavioural modelling during live sales interactions (field visits and virtual coaching)
  • Align with Sales Leaders and Regional Training Lead to understand individual and team coaching needs
  • Provide weekly performance updates to the Regional Training Lead and Sales Managers, with monthly reports to the Country Managing Director
  • Help sales reps move from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven conversations

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years in sales or sales management, preferably in B2B, field sales, or solution selling.

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, customer engagement, and negotiation strategies.

Proven experience in solution selling or consultative sales (e.g., identifying customer challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their needs) is essential.

Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology is beneficial.

Previous experience selling capital equipment, health & safety products, or technology solutions into customers relevant to A-SAFE (i.e. Warehouses, Logistics Factories, Airports).

Coaching mindset: Ability to inspire, develop, and constructively challenge sales professionals.

Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build trust, provide support, and adapt coaching styles to different personalities.

Strong Communication/Feedback skills: Must be comfortable delivering direct, actionable, and motivating feedback in real time.

Problem-Solving & Critical thinking: Ability to quickly analyse sales calls/interactions and provide tailored coaching solutions.

• Spanish language ability is desirable/preferred

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually. Exact compensation is dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in our company commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
