The Opportunity

As part of the multidisciplinary research and development team, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing hardware for electronic devices used in industrial automation
• Creating electronic schematics
• Designing PCBs
• Developing prototypes for testing and validation
• Conducting functional tests
• Preparing documentation, including descriptions, specifications, reports, manuals, operating instructions, etc.
• Assisting colleagues in verifying software and firmware
• Providing technical support to other company departments
• Managing contacts with suppliers and subcontractors

What we would like you to bring to our team

• Diploma or degree in electronic
• Solid knowledge of fundamental theoretical concepts of electrical and electronic circuits
• 0-5 years of experience in similar roles as a designer of analog and/or microcontroller-based circuits/devices. We can evaluate just graduated, if high motivated.
• Mandatory fluent Italian language
• Proficiency in English

Preferred skills:

• Experience with CE marking (Low Voltage Directive, EMC, RED, etc.), both regulatory and design aspects; experience with UL standards is a plus
• Proficiency in electronic CAD software for schematics and PCB design
• Ability to use key electronic analysis and measurement instruments, as well as laboratory tools (soldering iron, power supply, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Good manual skills and a hands-on approach
• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn
