Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital First Line Support to join our digital department and provide first-line support for our ERP and CRM platforms, as well as all other digital-related tickets. You will be responsible for managing the initial support, troubleshooting, and escalation processes for our digital infrastructure. You will also work closely with other digital team members and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the smooth operation of our digital capabilities and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, CRM, and other digital systems and platforms, addressing issues and escalating them when necessary.

· Collaborate with other digital team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.

· Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and integrity of digital systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance.

· Assist with the integration of digital systems with other platforms, such as CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and analytics platforms.

· Provide training and documentation for digital systems to end users and other digital team members.

· Stay updated on the latest digital features, functionality, and best practices, and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimise our digital systems.

Qualifications and Skills

· Apt in digital support, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

· At least 1-2 years of experience in a digital first line support role or similar position.

· Strong knowledge of digital system configuration, customisation, and integration.

· Experience with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Attention to detail and quality, and commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
