Our story started in West Yorkshire. With our Head Office and State-Of-The-Art manufacturing site still situated in Elland, we design, develop, test and deliver pioneering safety solutions in house. The business continues to pioneer game-changing workplace safety technology to this day, supplying to warehouses, factories, airports, car parks and other industrial workplaces worldwide.

The Opportunity

As an NPI Quality Engineer at A-SAFE, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of new products from the design phase through to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to implement quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all New Products and Engineering Changes are introduced in-line with the Quality Management System.
• Participate in Design and Process FMEA’s throughout the design and implementation stage of new products
• Lead the training of shift Quality Inspectors when new products are being introduced to production.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure countermeasures for existing issues or OFI’s are incorporated into any new products at design stage
