The Opportunity
As a Technology Digital Service Delivery Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital services and technology solutions to our clients, ensuring they are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital services and technology solutions to clients.
- Plan, identify and define the technical tasks and resources required to deliver the project and produce a comprehensive plan establishing timelines, dependencies and critical paths for technical activities
- Plan, identify and assign the technical team members, both direct and virtual, required to deliver the project, and manage delivery of technical items and budget throughout the project lifecycle
