QA tester
Role Overview
A-SAFE Digital is a dynamic and innovative tech company dedicated to providing digital solutions for the A-SAFE Group. We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Lead to join our growing team. As a hybrid workplace, we offer a collaborative environment where you can work remotely for a portion of the week and spend 2 days in our office.

1. Key Deliverables:
- Test Strategy and Planning
- Automation and Tools
- Load Testing
- Documentation
2. How you can help us:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Integrate testing frameworks with our CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality.
- Utilize Grafana and K6 to conduct load testing, analyze performance, and identify bottlenecks.
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance based on load test results.
- Ensure all testing is aligned with business goals and project timelines. Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test strategies, processes, and outcomes.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
