Job Summary
Ensure all products are manufactured to the correct quality standards and the required rate of production ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of you and your colleagues.
Quality and Production.
- Ensuring all products are manufactured to the correct quality standards and right first time.
- Setting up and running machines as directed, when fully trained in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Adhering to all machines/processes layouts as directed.
- Checking and ensuring that area of work and workstation is set up correctly and the right SOP documentation is displayed.
- Understanding what production requirements need to be delivered through teamworking and communication.
Documentation.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time, including personal training records.
Housekeeping.
- Keep housekeeping to the highest standard at all times, including all end of shift activity.
- Undertake training as required and highlighting any training needs to the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
